Requirements and Responsibilities
Requirements:
- University degree in Economy, Agriculture, Organizational Sciences or similar
- 2 years of experience in purchasing position
- knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
- skilled in negotiations and networking
- fluency in English and advanced computer skills (MS office)
- operative and goal-oriented team player
- communicative and highly organized personality with good negotiation and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- realization of procurement duties: supplier exploring and identification, communication and preparing of requests for proposals
- preparation of purchasing orders – obtaining technical requirements and conducting total purchasing process
- provide operative support to Purchasing Manager
- discover profitable suppliers and initiate contacts
- finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
- track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- control expenses and focus on long-term savings on procurement costs
- reporting to Purchasing Manager
