What will you do?

As our HR Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting employees throughout their journey while ensuring smooth HR operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
 
Payroll & Compensation
  • Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll calculations with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collect, maintain and validate payroll-related data and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies and deadlines
  • Cooperate with external payroll providers and relevant institutions when needed
  • Support compensation-related reporting and administrative processes
HR Administration & Employee Data Management
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Prepare employment contracts, annexes, confirmations and HR reports
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee information within HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support HR reporting and analytics through HR systems and internal databases
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures
 
Time Attendance & HR Operations
  • Monitor employee attendance records, working hours, absences, vacations and other leave requests
  • Maintain accurate attendance data and support payroll preparation processes
  • Coordinate HR operational activities and ensure timely processing of employee-related information
 
Learning & Development
  • Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives
  • Support performance management and talent development activities
  • Help create a learning culture where continuous improvement becomes a habit
  • Track development plans, training participation and training effectiveness
 
Travel & Administrative Support
  • Organize business travel arrangements, including hotel reservations and related logistics when needed
  • Coordinate travel-related documentation and support smooth execution of business trips
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations
 
Employee Experience & HR Support
  • Be a trusted support point for employees and managers
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Contribute ideas that improve engagement, communication and workplace culture
 
 

What are we looking for?

You may be the person we’re searching for if you:
✔ Have experience in payroll processes and HR administration
✔ Have university degree
✔ Have hands-on experience working with HRIS systems and employee data management
✔ Have experience tracking attendance records, absences and leave administration
✔ Understand Serbian labor legislation and HR documentation practices
✔ Have experience in coordinating administrative and operational HR activities
✔ Feel comfortable organizing travel arrangements and supporting business logistics when needed
✔ Enjoy working with details, deadlines and structured processes
✔ Believe learning never stops and actively seek opportunities to improve
✔ Care about people and enjoy supporting others
✔ Take ownership, show initiative and deliver results
✔ Communicate openly and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
✔ Speak English confidently
✔ Want to grow professionally and continuously develop your knowledge and skills
Experience in Learning & Development activities is considered an advantage.
