What will you do?
Payroll & Compensation
- Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll calculations with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Collect, maintain and validate payroll-related data and documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies and deadlines
- Cooperate with external payroll providers and relevant institutions when needed
- Support compensation-related reporting and administrative processes
HR Administration & Employee Data Management
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle
- Prepare employment contracts, annexes, confirmations and HR reports
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee information within HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Support HR reporting and analytics through HR systems and internal databases
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures
Time Attendance & HR Operations
- Monitor employee attendance records, working hours, absences, vacations and other leave requests
- Maintain accurate attendance data and support payroll preparation processes
- Coordinate HR operational activities and ensure timely processing of employee-related information
Learning & Development
- Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives
- Support performance management and talent development activities
- Help create a learning culture where continuous improvement becomes a habit
- Track development plans, training participation and training effectiveness
Travel & Administrative Support
- Organize business travel arrangements, including hotel reservations and related logistics when needed
- Coordinate travel-related documentation and support smooth execution of business trips
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations
Employee Experience & HR Support
- Be a trusted support point for employees and managers
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Contribute ideas that improve engagement, communication and workplace culture
